Responsible for providing excellent
IT support to the Magic Memories EMAAR Dubai Mall site. To do this your duties
will involve:
- 1st Level onsite support, 2nd level phone support
- Variable shift hours and essential weekend working required
- Call logging and escalation using in house database systems
- Installation and repair of PC's
- On site engineer camera & PC repairs
- Printer support and installation
