Description
- Responsible for managing and building business for all agencies, brands managed, supervise/distribute to achieve brand standards with suppliers and brand owners- Become the key point of contact with brand owners, principals, and division/customer/sales management team and align yearly strategies, keeping in mind all market/business related factors to achieve optimal results- responsible for negotiating division support from principals, and managing the internally with division finance- Accountable for assigning category strategies with regards to placements, pricing, distribution and merchandising through sales and merchandising teams- Involved in recruitment and selection of new team members and actively manage direct reports; assessing performance.- Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly objectives for the team and monitor accomplishments- Provide volume sales forecast to ensure optimum level of inventory- Identify key opportunities to im0prove category performance- Track distribution, visibility, availability and pricing through timely reports and market surveys
Profile
- Minimum 5-6 years in Trad Marketing with 3 years in a managerial role- FMCG- food and non-food experience- Solid communications skills and positive can do attitude- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies and planning issues- GCC experience would be considered an advantage
