Job Description
• Analyze survey report, design calculation,
drawing, aerial photography and other geologic data to plan projects.
• Prepare schedule plan for construction.

• Serve as the site representative.
• Maintain effective construction safety and security programs.
• Maintain effective management of developments that may affect project profit, costs and time schedules.
• Review and respect the master Project schedule.
• Identify and evaluate risk.
• Maintain effective quality control.
• Maintain knowledgeable of a contract terms and conditions.
