-Run personnel processes smoothly and efficiently, issuing appointments throughout "The Company" for job reviews and pay reviews well in advance of correct date.
-Manage "The Company"’s holidays and sick leave entitlements correctly.
-Assist the Country Manager with any disciplinary issues and termination of contracts.
-Be well read on issues of employment law and proactively look to improve your knowledge on this subject.
-Maintain the company intranet with staff details
