Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones and directing customer inquiries.
Handle customer refunds and prepare necessary documentation in accordance with prescribed procedures if needed.

Assist with inventory counts as needed.
Assist with the merchandising of the store to maintain displays in a neat, orderly, well-stocked and appealing
