looking for Management consultants
with a minimum of two years of
advisory
experience who can be responsible for the delivery
of business
advisory projects in UAE. This position
offers professional exposure and
a diverse range of new learning opportunities.
• Applicants with experience in one or more of the following fields will be considered:
o Strategy Formulation and Business Planning
o Organizational Restructuring & Governance Systems
o Corporate performance management
o Developing Human Resources Management Policies and Procedures
o Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering
• Responsibilities: The major responsibilities fall under, but not limited to, the following categories:
o Business management; Responsibility for achieving allocated goals, delivering them to quality, time and budget requirements
o Project Management - responsibility for assignments/projects, delegating work, managing team and budget.
o Communication - reporting; keeping clients, managers and team informed, developing deliverables and preparing executive presentations that convey project deliverables.
o Relationships - promoting and sustaining a constructive, supportive and friendly working relationship with all clients, external and internal, team members, immediate and senior management and other colleagues
• Key requirements:
o BSc in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or a comparable degree
o Full proficiency in Arabic
o Advanced MS Office working experience
o Age should be less than 28 years
