Main Responsibilities includenbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo supervise and train the FS nbspAssistant focusing on efficient planning coordination implementation and monitoring and evaluation MampE of the project activitiesnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo plan and follow the activities of the project with the team such as food distribution cash transfers assessments market price monitoring distribution and redemption of voucher for Voucher Transfer activities distribution of livelihood inputs agricultural seeds amp tools andor IGA materials and implementation of trainings for food production and IGA development for Livelihood activities
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo ensure the proper project implementation according to the Operational and MampE Plan
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo participate actively in the monitoring of the project in collaboration with the MampE team with a specific attention on the efficiency and appropriateness of the CashVoucher Transfer system the project commodity movements order procurement delivery storage transport distribution and utilization and the market price monitoring.
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo conduct regular meetings with beneficiaries community management committees local authorities and partners on the cashvoucher transfer distribution arrangements food distribution and IGA development and other relevant issues
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo coordinate the implementation of the project activities at the local level in close collaboration with the communities partners and local authorities nbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo represent NRC in FS Sector and Cluster meetings when appropriate
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo conduct project team coordination meeting on weekly and monthly basis and prepare weekly biweekly and monthly plans and reports and also assessment reports as appropriate
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo work on the partnership between local organizations and the project
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo assist the FS PM in the identification of new projects and new areas of interventionnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo assist the project staff and partners in encouraging and sensitizing public opinion on Protection issues and Rights focused activitiesnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo carry out any additional study or task

Required skills and qualificationsnbspnbsp nbspnbspnbsp nbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspBachelor degree preferably in agriculture agroeconomy economy nutrition social sciences development studies or other relevant discipline.
bullnbspnbsp nbspMinimum of 3 yearsrsquo relevant working experience with at least 2 years with a humanitarian program in a similar position.
