Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Implement a standard reporting system in the organization
§ Develop standards for best practices for reporting, marketing, and educating the company on available reporting tools in the company
§ Automate the reports development processes and delivery of automated reports.
§ Research and analyze areas of interest to the company which will allow the company to gain a competitive advantage.

§ Participate in management meetings related to intelligence reporting.
§ Identify intelligence needs of each department through one-to-one communications of key employees.
§ Provide analytical support and expertise when compiling and reporting information
§ Design, develop and deploy reports using standard suite of reporting tools
§ Implement the recommendations of intelligence reporting and management. Prioritize, plan, and track project progress.
§ Ensure that the business knows whom to approach when requesting a report
§ Provide training to end users on reporting tools and usage of reports
§ Carry out quality assessment of data, data reports and the accompanying decisions.
§ Provide the tools for executives to make strategic decisions
§ Act as an evangelist for BI benefits across the organization promoting BI usage to relevant departments and Executives.
§ Develop and maintain data knowledge across multiple systems, processes, infrastructure and resources.
§ Develop and maintain deep technical and architectural aspects of the data at points of interface with internal systems and processes.
§ Develop, implement, manage, and support Business Intelligence projects and activities. These projects typically will be major initiatives within a department or will span multiple departments. These activities include:
o Scope, research, plan, design and code reports, analytics, dashboards, internal portals, KPI's and predictive analysis across multiple functional groups in accordance with the present and future needs of the business.
o Propose business reporting solutions and consistency utilizing multiple toolsets
o Develop complex extracts of data for purposes of integrations and migration activities.
o Troubleshoot BI tools and support internal customer issues.
o Build, distribute and evaluate technology RFP's as appropriate.
o Source and manage custom development as required.
§ Develop and maintain the Enterprise Data Model (EDM).
§ Develop and maintain standards, processes and tools to ensure the fidelity of the EDM.
§ Contribute to the effective development and design of business solutions by ensuring that projects incorporate necessary consideration of the EDM implications.
§ Support the user community relating to all aspects of Data issues and requirements
§ Support all audit and data quality requirements
§ Work closely with the business and assist them in investigations and consuming analytic report metrics on a regular basis.
§ Maintain strong and effective working relationships with Marketing, Engineering, and technology team as well as business partners.
