Senior Manager - Projects!
Business Development:
- Carry out research, development and market analysis for identification of new opportunities.
- Develop strategies, examine risks and provide forecast of short and long term market potential of relevance.
- Provide recommendations on buying and selling of businesses based on synergy and feasibility.
- Identify target companies in existing and new sectors. Carry out due diligence either internally or through external advisers.
- Prepare proposals and business plans.
- Recommend suitable strategies for JV/M&A and grouping of companies in line with strategic vision of the senior management.
- Provide support to operating subsidiaries in expanding their products, services and markets.
- Create business development pipeline and annual objectives for reporting and periodic review.
Business Processes:
- Carrying out process improvement initiatives through setting of KPIs, measurements, accountability, analysis and reviews as per best practices.
- Development and compliance of policies and procedures in line with company's strategic vision.
- Ensuring that quality assurance and security procedures are compliant with that of the company.
