Our client is one of
the leading construction and engineering firms with strong presence in the
Middle East and North Africa, specializing in infrastructure, maritime and
utilities. They have an urgent requirement for Delay Analyst to be based in
Turkey. The role will focus on large port/marine projects and will involve
managing complex, high value claims, EOT and disruptions. This role will
provide a competitive salary package and a chance to travel internationally.
Main responsibilities:
• Perform critical path analysis of schedules
• Prepare independent schedule impact analysis of complex claims and change orders
• Drafting of counter claims for contractor extensions of time (EOT) claims
• Use time -impact analysis to produce analytical reports
• Post contract baseline preparation and have track record on large-scale projects
• Identify delays and articulate problems
• Meet with clients and have excellent client facing skills
• Write persuasive reports
• Provide analysis consultants and contractor schedules and progress reports
• Understand presence of concurrent delay and consequent disruption
• Perform critical path analysis of schedules
• Analysing consultants and contractor schedules and progress reports
• Preparation of monthly and weekly reports
