About Your Job: As the HR Business Manager, you will work with our
Flight Operations division as an internal consultant partnering with
Executive Leadership and supporting Line Managers.
You will provide an expert HR perspective to your internal client and focus on strategic involvement and improvements of organisational productivity and quality. You will coach and prompt business managers to think strategically, think about the impact of changes on the organisation and how to make use of people to achieve success.
You will ensure that the organisation is appropriately designed to deliver objectives in the short and long-term and provide insight and guidance on development and execution of any capability, cultural and change activities. You will contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritise and build company capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes and support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the department and business strategy.
