Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Supports Distribution Center Operations Manager on day to day operational activities in achieving high level of productivity performance towards customer satisfaction
- Key person in having an efficient processes on stock inventory management from stock controls and execution of action to claims management and reporting
- Responsible for checking, controlling, processing and reporting of all stock adjustments and transfers of stock for warehouse, office and retail store locations from/to different stock categories
- Supports the Distribution Center Operations Manager on Stock Counts activities on coordination and execution of action
- Coordinates with the Order Fulfillment team from inbound to outbound activities in terms of prioritization and planning to facilitate space management
- Supports the Distribution Center Operations Manager on KPI reporting
- Helps in maintaining the Service Level Agreements with the service providers and ensures that it is being followed in efficient manner
