- Responsible for achieving sales target and profitability
- Manage receivables and keep outstanding within target levels
- Demand planning for wholesale stock purchases and timely depletion of inventory to achieve required stock turns.
- Prevent build-up of aged stock through timely sales actions
- Ensure the sales force is properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives
- Ensure compliance to standards and policies
- Develop good relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure consistent long term business
- Contribute to long term profitability of the business through innovation and aggressive sales activities.
- Proven Sales Management experience in Automotive Spare Parts
- 5 years experience .
- Graduate Degree/ MBA Preferred
- Demonstrated experience in managing sales budget in a competitive business environment
- Self starter with initiative and drive
- Excellent Communication, Analytical & Negotiation skills
