on the baking side to lead a kitchen production team that produces baked
goods, bread, cakes, high production level
etc for a number of establishment from international name cafe /coffee shops to hotels and other venues. You would lead the team so experience in baking a must, there are two positions executuive and number two both with very high salarys

Prefer a european with british or german, bakery skills, must be strong and work under pressure with a good overall knowledge of alsorts of baked goods from bread to cakes to biscuits etc, ready to start immediatly, GGC experience an advantage buit not a must, great bakery experience is the most important, at a senior level now.
