ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Set up and manage the LOTO and work permit programs for, Line 1 and 2 of the Riyadh Metro Project (Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), the program will provide LOTO for the CWJV and
Consortium partners as well as Subcontractors and owners personnel
Set up a program to include all stations, park and rides and depots, along lines 1 and 2 and provide point of contact tagging authority (Lock Out Tag Out) for the entire project, to include construction and startup;
Provide supervision to the LOTO team (due to the spread out nature of the Project there will be no single location for the LOTO program to reside.
Train site personnel, including subcontractors, JV and Consortium Partners, suppliers, and customer, in the LOTO procedure and related STCPs and SWPPs:
