- Ensure that the sales force are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
- Develop good relationships with existing and potential customers to meet sales targets and ensure consistent long term business.
- Pursue identified new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers and close analysis of the market.
- Contribute to long term profitability of the business through innovation and aggressive sales activities.
- Review sales plans to ensure alignment with objectives of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Responsible for volume, value and contribution margin.
- Review pricing and look for opportunity to improve gross margin.
- Working with marketing team for advertising and consumer promotions.
