OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME
The objective of the Human Resources Services in EMRO is to ensure that competent and
motivated workforce is available to deliver programme activities in accordance with the WHO global mission. This is achieved through provision of sound advice to the management, HR planning, job design and classification, recruitment and selection, administration of contracts, staff on boarding, development and learning, performance management, career and mobility management, and management of staff relations.
