Assist the Hotel General Manager in implementing the brand and hotel
strategy, in order to meet targets for quality of service, attitude
and profitability.
Oversees the activities of the operations departments, and provides leadership and motivation necessary to achieve desired results of guest satisfaction & profitability.
Assists with sales and revenue management through monitoring hotel and hotel competitive set to increase occupancy and revenue and maximize the daily rate of the hotel.
