operational system in order to guarantee accurate information at all
times to customers, airport authorities and departments.

- Contact Flight Deck Crews by means of HF Radio for regular updates
- Activate emergency procedures and initiator together with Department Manager if needed
- Flight Filing as per Swissport's standards
- Maintain excellent knowledge of all the operations at the stati
