Develop and design JCAP’s Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) plan
and implement ongoing project monitoring and data collection and
reporting activities related to the plan.
Design and implementation will be in line with USAID Evaluation Policy and guidance.
Lead tool and system development, data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing monitoring according to the project MEL plan, including a planned end of project KAP impact study/evaluation and related activities.
Support the functioning of the JCAP data systems including the Access training database, the Champion’s database, the Outreach database; ensure inputs are complete and accurate and USAID receives timely requires reports including DevResults, TraiNet GIS, DDL etc.
Work closely with technical teams, both at project level and HQ, to ensure appropriate and adequate monitoring efforts are in place that meet the varying needs of each team; work with teams to build capacity to use monitoring data to assist in project implementation, providing data for decision making.
