The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) officer aims to monitor and
eventually evaluate the projects achievements and document the lessons
learned using the results based approach.
This will be achieved through developing a Design Matrix for the project, as well as, identifying the main outcomes and indicators to be measured.
1. Lead the Development and implementation of an M&E processes and procedures in collaboration with all project team members to monitor the achievement of planned objectives and results
2. Ensure that all M&E activities are carried out with high accountability and integrity and that all deadlines and targets are met
3. Participate in the development of project documents, logical framework, Performance Measurement Framework and formulation of action plans
4. Participate in the development of commonly agreed Key Performance Indicators KPIs and targets for the project
5. Support the management of data including developing data collection tools such as surveys, observation forms, focus group guidelines, workshop feedback forms… etc.
