- Proper loading & manifesting of cargo, segregation and arrangements of cargo documents in line with cargo priorities and load control’s load plan, Achieve 100% Flown as planned performance.
- Handle and manage sensitive traffic, VIP customers, special commodities and other important shipments, ensure all corporate standards are well met.
- Shipment handling and ensure connectivity at the HUB for all cargo booked on Oman Air flights by physical monitoring of the loading at the Aircraft in line with shipment priorities.
- Maintain high level of customer service relationship with Network wide customers / agents, Quality Data and compliance with procedures.
- Process documents from the consignee, locate cargo in the yard when necessary and effect delivery, ensure all compliances
- Cargo checking, preparation flight check sheet, proper storage, discrepancy handling reports, ensure smooth workflow.
