- Accountable for daily operations
- Supervision of coverage in check-in area according customers SLA
- Initiate staff-shifts if appropriate together with PAX Supervisor
- Maintain and improve customer and company safety and quality standards
- Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities
- Manage and control all staff assignments
- Hold daily briefings with all levels of management
- Provide support to front line management
- Coach and train all employees to effectively improve operations
- Ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ensure Compliance with all Uniform & PPE Requirements
- Issue Performance Tickets as appropriate (RRR or similar system)
- Other duties as assigned
