    We have an immediate need for a goal-oriented Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai to promote CaliberVantage brand.
    Your specific goals for delivering your target and delighting your customers include:
    - Conceptualizing, developing and executing quarterly and annual business development plans that will drive usage of CaliberVantage.com at companies and institutions of higher education.
    - Establishing the CaliberVantage.com brand as the unprecedented leader on talent management, and recruitment management.
    - Initiating business development relationships, pro-actively follow through persistently and close deals.
    - Liaise with potential new partners / affiliates including universities, businesses, government agencies, training houses, and other strategically "fit" organizations to create partners.
    - Conceptualizing, planning, and managing all relevant events, Exhibitions, and Conferences.
    - Maintaining exceptional relationships with partners, develop material with continuous day to day follow-up, catering to their needs.
    - Working cross-functionally with Technology, Sales and Marketing - turning "customer needs" to actionable business development proposals.
    - Providing partners with classroom training, demonstrations, presentations, on-the-job training, and workshops in English and Arabic.
    - Providing regular reports/ analysis/ recommendations on all aspects of the business.
    Qualifications:
    - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technology Sales Management with an excellent track record in reaching targets and developing direct relationships with customers
    - Proven outside/territory sales(software+) experience with human resource management and/or SMB's
    - Fluent in English and Arabic
    - Demonstrated collaborative skills with ability to influence and work cross-functionally
    - Recruiting and Human Resources Management industry experience a strong plus
    - Bachelor's degree is required. MBA is preferred.
    - Must be able to travel 50% of time within United Arab Emirates
    - Excellent selling and deal closing skills
    - Excellent analytical skills: able to understand customer requirements and drive the relevant solutions
    - Capable of reaching and conversing with senior executives within Key Accounts and Strategic Partners
