Key Objectives:
As a key member within Trade Marketing Team, the main role is to manage field marketing activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to ensure better channel management and consequently improve sell-out. At a functional level, you will ensure effective and efficiency resource management (merchandisers and promoters), optimized utilization of agency and system, to generate real time market visibility and actionable insight for sales and marketing action planning.
Job Description:-
• Retail Mapping: To conduct retail mapping based on headquarters guideline to across all channels, identify potential, set priority and accordingly create strategy.
• Field force marketing (merchandisers and promoters): To implement global and regional F/F operational and management guidelines.
• Set Market coverage target and make plan to achieve it by maximising resource utilization and optimizing efficiencies.
• Field force activity management : In-store Activity supervision, data point collection, enhancement / improvement plans, time management, shop coverage rate,
• Field force resource management: Resource planning, grading based on competencies, allocation process, KPI/ ROI reviews, and compensation structure as per global guide, Certification and rewards programme.
• Track and report key retail insights i.e. In-store share, shelf share, competitors activity, display status, promotions, new product launches etc.

• Budget Management: Plan and manage budget as per annual allocation.
