- Ensure implementation and
accountability of transparent supply chain procedures within the project and
provide accurate follow up.
- Centralize all supply requests from project, for local and international order, and processes them in logistic tool.
- Monitor progress of orders along the supply chain.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of Cold Chain and reporting if any breach according to MSF policy.
- Physically receives incoming orders and creates reception in the logistic tool as well as ensuring that stock cards are correctly completed, paper reception is completed.
- Maintain security, quality and organization of consumable materials (stationary and cleaning material) and any other logistic stock.
- Responsible for the supply database.
- Ensure the check up, follow up, and filing of administrative documents.
