• Supervise all rehabilitation
activities carried out within the area of designation
• Ensure completion of works as per the project's specifications and best practice within the agreed timeframe

• Keeping a record of all site activities and ensuring full and proper documentation of all data related to the project
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents.
• Keeping a record of manpower, equipment and machinery on the site.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plan and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Control the quality of all implemented works
• Serve as an on-site technical advisor
• Overseeing the health and safety matters on site;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Keeping a log book, a record and document filing of all performed activities.
• Coordinates with the local officials, local governmental focal points and households' residents
• Auditing of contractor's invoices
• Preparing all required reports
• Complete any additional engineering-related tasks as requested by the project coordinator or IRD program manager
