Functional/Technical Duties:
· Test product water hardness.
· Coordinate roof tank pumps operation.
· Follow up water pump operation.
· Test product water hardness.

· Assist in performing water tests and operation of dosing pumps at cooling towers.
· Perform basic repairs of hospital Water Softeners and Reverse Osmosis System.
· Check water supplies, water meters and water treatments.
· Assist supervisor in the installation and replacement of different kind of filters in Kidney Unit, Labs, OR, ER, and ICU.
· Clean water tanks.
· Receive liquid oxygen and other gases at Campus and at the Medical Center as directed by supervisor.
· Assist supervisor in the installation on new medical gas outlets.
· Perform basic repairs of medical gas outlets, including cleaning, leak detection and replacement of parts.
· Perform basic repairs of pneumatic operated medical tools.
· Prepare the needed tools and parts as directed.
· Clean and lubricate tools and related equipment and maintains in working conditions.
· Perform basic preventive maintenance.
Administrative Issues:
· Assist supervisor while responding to emergency calls.
· Maintain established policies and procedures, objectives and quality assurance program.
· Maintain safe working environment.
· Observe fire and safety regulations.
