What is the role about?
The job holder are responsible for analyzing information related to customer management function. Use results of analysis to participate in the development and deployment of new different products and services and monitor results and achievements as per the applicable policies and procedures. Also communicate with other departments when needed to ensure alignment and consistency such as in customer management. Also maintain relationships with suppliers and partners as per the preestablished SLAs also provide feedback about implementation of loyalty and retention programs and segmentspecific offerings

You have to understand Marketing Segment Management Strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
you have to implement Marketing Segment Management Strategy policies and procedures. Also understand segment needs follow competitive landscapes and competitors' moves.
you must participate in translating customer insights and opportunities into actionable plans and tactical segmentspecific promotional campaigns.
You have to provide inputs and ideas for the development of key programs value propositions and offers for consumers segments in coordination with Marketing Planning Product Development and IT.
The holder of this job must participate in the implementation of approved programs and lifecycle in coordination with Sales and Customer Care entities. Also maintain accurate consumers segment database at all times
You must perform basic analysis of programs performance and forward results to supervisor for decision making.
Also you hve to execute segment engagement plans to increase brand equity in the target market segments.
You have to insure end to end customer experience management through steering committees with other relevant business functions and report all activities carried out by these committees on regular basis.
