As a member of Development and Release Technologies you will be leading an IT technical team providing Tier 1 Support by providing technical solutions to issues maintaining servers used across the Vistaprint Business Unit technical staff as well as interacting and supporting customers directly.

Your role will involve
- Lead mentor and advise the team acting as a model provide excellent customer service prioritize across many requests for assistance
- Participate in and contribute to the implementation of industry best practices for Internal company application support
- Assist project teams with technical issues documentation and work on projects as needed driven by a ticketing program Jira
- Troubleshoot and solve common Continuous Integration issues Build system issues tracking down developer breakages monitoring test staging and integration environments
- Follow and implement security policies while carrying out desktop support
- Create proposals for tools amp process improvements based on the support experience
- Solution deployment installation migration configuration and disaster recovery
- Display Domain Expertise – Technology People and Process
