The Business Development Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new customers directly and indirectly through resellers channels valueaddedresellers technology partners and integration partners. Hisher objective is to achieve the sales objectives. HeShe will
· Create and manage a leads list and qualified potentials based on priority markets partner types and customers
· Proactively develop our market share in the assigned territory by selling our products to both existing and new clients channels and partners. This will require a proactive approach to follow the opportunities to a close.
· Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the market and excellent relationships with stakeholders
· Promote our image products and services by all suitable means on the market
RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet your quarterly and yearly sales objectives as agreed on with Management
- Actively contribute to the business plan the sales strategy forecast and sales approach
- Be aware of the industry the market and the competition
- Actively participating in marketing and sales events and programs
- Create and manage the lead generation and qualification efforts via research collecting information from contacts web partners events etc.
- Maintaining a sale lead management tool and its content
- Preparing validating updating the sales kit documentation presentations demos white papers case studies NDA LOI MOU etc
- Lead and assure the success for responding to customer tenders and feed in to the roadmap.
- Follow through efficiently and effectively to close deals with customers partners and channels
- Keep close relationships and hold regular meetings andor calls with different channels partners resellers and all those related to sales and customers
- Provide monthly status reports to the management on all current initiatives and deals.
- Package solutions including business and technical arguments to close deals
- Contribute to the roadmap of the products by providing market and customer feedback

REQUIRED
- Travel frequently mainly in the MENA region
- Masters Degree with more than 2 years of experience in sales with a good record of achieving targets
- Background in technology and business
- Sales experience with a mobile operator enterprise department or software vendors systems
- Experience with complex sales life cycles and ability to work under pressure
- You are persistent to get results while demonstrating excellent people skills.
- You have excellent presentation writing communication and negotiation skills
- You are fluent in English and French or Arabic
