Your role will involve
- Designing developing and supporting components of the contact center platform including user interface business rules object model and database model.
- Web application development using ASP.NET or Java MVC
- Conduct code reviews and perform automated code migrations
- Debug and troubleshoot defects and production incidents
- Assist in performance analysis along with application reporting and monitoring
- Mentor and train project team members to enforce development guidelines and best practices
- Development of internal and external web pages and tools for configuration operations deployment
- Contribute to and promote teamwork in a multivendor environment developing complex multilayered enterprise applications
