MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance
bullnbspnbsp nbspManages on a daily basis the accountancy of the project expenses booking and revising both soft and hard copies
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure a proper accountancy follow up on a weekly basis and a clean accountancy closing and reconciliation on a monthly basis
bullnbspnbsp nbspManages the petty cashbox for the daily payments and quality of invoices while insuring quality and transparency of the accountancy.
bullnbspnbsp nbspResponsible of following up banking issues if needed
bullnbspnbsp nbspAssist Admin Manager in financial tasks such as the monthly money request and the budget follow up
bullnbspnbsp nbspTo insure MSF standards in term of invoices quality and description and respect MSF financial policies purchase and expenses authorization table money security rules etcnbsp
Administration
bullnbspnbsp nbspResponsible of filing financial documents
bullnbspnbsp nbspResponsible of following up the contracts staff and premisesnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspGuarantees that MSF Internal Regulations policies and the Yemeni Labour Law are respected by all MSF and the staff.
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsures all employees files are updated and complete both hard and soft copy. Manages the HR management MSF softwareHomere.
bullnbspnbsp nbspCalculates with all the information needed the salaries of the staff respecting the taxes system in Yemen
bullnbspnbsp nbspElaborates staff contracts monthly reports written letters or necessary translations
Human Resources
bullnbspnbsp nbspAssists the Administration Manager in the recruitment process of new staff needs
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsures a proper induction plan while briefing all new staff about MSF rules
bullnbspnbsp nbspSupervises the administration team composed Cooks and Cleaners
bullnbspnbsp nbspSupervises the translators team
bullnbspnbsp nbspCarry out any other tasks assign by the supervisor when needed.nbsp
