Your role will involve
- Leading and managing a team of developers quality engineers and other technical resources
- Hiring developing coaching and mentoring a team of developers influence the direction of the team by Identifying prioritizing and setting the implementation goals
- Designing developing and supporting components of the contact center platform including user interface business rules object model and database model.
- Web application development using ASP.NET or Java MVC
- Conducting code reviews and perform automated code migrations debugging and troubleshooting defects and production incidents
- Assisting in performance analysis along with application reporting and monitoring
- Mentoring and training project team members to enforce development guidelines and best practices
- Developing of internal and external web pages and tools for configuration operations deployment
- Contributing to and promoting teamwork in a multivendor environment developing complex multilayered enterprise applications
