The DC SecretaryDropin Center DC Coordinator Assistant is responsible for the timely and coherent assistance to the DC Coordinator in the implementation of secretarial logistical and protection tasks at the DC.nbsp

Position Overviewnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure proper reception and referral to the right INTERSOS staff of beneficiaries and visitors at the DC including taking phone callsnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure referral of visitors and beneficiaries to the right INTERSOS staff by collecting only the needed information and ensuring the full respect of the do not harm principle and confidentialitynbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspPlan the office needs stationary running costs and communicate them to the DC Coordinator regularly and timely supervise the cleaner of the DCnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspOrganize the agenda of the DC Coordinator and support the DC Coordinator in the planning in the planning organization and implementation of the activities of the projects with reference to the DCnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspFacilitate and support the storage and distribution of NFIs and financial assistance to the beneficiariesnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspSupport the DC Coordinator in the supervision of the DC staff and in the redaction or reports upon requestnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure smooth communication and coordination between the team membersnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspPromptly report any security issue at the DCnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspAny other task not here listed but necessary to the projects and activitiesnbsp
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDnbsp
University degree in management education and secretary. Advanced university degree would be an advantage.nbsp
Relevant professional experience of not less than 2 years preferably at a secretary andor in humanitarian contextnbsp
Prior experience in working with other international humanitarian organizationsnbsp
Prior experience with persons of concern women at risk people with disabilities SGBV survivors etc.nbsp
Skills and traitsnbsp
Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and Englishnbsp
ComputerIT literacy Windows MS Office Internet etc.nbsp
Excellent report writingnbsp
Strong communication and organizational skillsnbsp
Excellent knowledge and understanding of refugee communities.nbsp
Ability to work under stressful circumstancesnbsp
Ability to work in a teamnbsp
