PRIMARY TASKS:
1. Greets visitors, answers phones, take messages, routes calls and follow-up, responds to inquiries and/or refer as appropriate.
2. Prepare routine and non-routine correspondence such as memos, letters, email and other correspondence as required.
3. Creates and maintains filing system.
4. Maintains office supply inventory.
5. Receives, sorts and distribute mail.
6. Operates a variety of office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, photocopier and scanner.
7. Follow the college rules and regulations.
8. Undertake other duties as required by the Manager.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY: To ensure that duties are carried out to a satisfactory standard.
DIRECTION/SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Direction is provided by the Manager.
