Description
This HR Project Manager's responsibilities will include the following focus areas:
- Project management including planning, mobilizing, and directing projects of small to medium scale and complexity from definition to final closure.- Responsible for the end to end delivery of projects or programs, and proactively balancing project scope, time-line, budget, risks, benefits, and outcomes.- Management of Requirements Process and System Design via gathering, translating and clarifying requirements, process improvements, streamlining processes, and define design options in collaboration with all business departments and business unit heads.- Change Management, and Implementation Management, including working closely with business departments, and process owners; defining change as well as implementation approaches- In addition, the Project Manager will be required to work closely with upper management to ensure alignment of the projects with the wider Group strategy, behaviors, and values.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or HR related discipline preferred- Previous experience with SAP HCM implementation- Progressive career HR projects experience gained with a big companies- Certified/ Accredited PM qualifications (i.e. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2)- Broad experience in managing high performance teams of different work streams- Proven track record of the projects delivery of on time and budget to achieve business case stated outcomes.- Stakeholder management experience, especially influential communication, and running project governance, compliance, change management.- Ability to build strong relationships with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- *Excel skills particularly in programming are a must*
