The key objective of this position is to identify business needs in order to determine solutions to business problems. Solutions often include a systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement or organizational change. This requires that the Business Analyst (BA) works closely with internal clients and management to identify, analyze, and initiate business process improvement opportunities. In turn, the BA will be responsible for translating the identified business requirements into detailed requirements; allowing the design and development of systems solutions and the effective testing and deployment of those solutions.
The BA role includes an ongoing responsibility to conceive, design and develop relevant best business analysis practices and standards, and associated tools, templates and techniques to improve the quality and productivity. This role will also include exposure to project management responsibilities.

• Providing performance data, recommendations and insights
to stakeholders to support overall business objectives. Business Objects to
support sales planning, forecasting & reporting activities. Ensure
accuracy of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports in areas
including but not limited to sales data, competitive analysis and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain competitive analysis library. Assist
in building tools and benchmarks to support sales objectives.
• Work with Product Managers and cross functionally across
the organization to fully understand business objective. Apply analytics in
support of projects and ensure efficient and effective reports and analysis.
