Manage the sales functions for the
assigned specific portfolio at exclusive and non-exclusive centers within the
region by executing sales strategies.
Ensure that the sales team adheres to the company mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures.
Responsible for the achievement of the specific sales goals (certified vehicle sales, as-is vehicle sales, purchase, accessories and warranty) by directing the sales teams to achieve targets as required by the regional management.
Initiate dialogue with regional sales team and regional management to discuss and address sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular meetings.
Meet with the regional sales team to update on product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance sales team confidence and performance.
Liaise with Reconditioning & certification dept to ensure proper standards are being kept & met.
Liaise with marketing department to ensure market feedback is provided on pricing, allocation, & demand for vehicles.
Address customer complaints that require support from the Sales Supervisor and Salesmen to maintain customer satisfaction.
Provide sales performance report to Regional Manager by consolidating monthly and yearly sales target for review and appropriate action of the regional management.
