Duties and responsibilities
1.Make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified in the purchasing documentation.

2.Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
3. Familiar with inspection techniques and norms for monitoring quality of in-process food production batches such as temperatures, consistencies, counts, Product expiry, compliance with food quality control and sanitation standards and procedures.
4. Develops and monitors the HACCP program (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
5.Monitors sanitation inspections of all food production areas and equipment.
6.Monitors pest control for the factory and kitchen.
7.Maintain inspection report and document of operation forms.
