A web factory support engineer is responsible for providing IT technical support for the German first line team along with resolving technical issues.
What You Will Do
- Takes ownership of technical issues, and works with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
- Resolves escalated complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
- Documents troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Participates in providing training to customers as required.
- Keeps records of queries.
