MODON is a Saudi Industrial Property Authority, established by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to develop their Industrial capacity. It establishes, develops and operates industrial estates and technology zones in partnership with the private sector. We are responsible for the provision of integrated services and have a responsibility to maintain the environment. Louis Berger is currently involved with three key industrial city projects with MODON across Riyadh, Jazan, Al Kharj, Yanbu and Najran. The project includes earthworks, roads, public lighting, MV cabling, effluent, irrigation, water, telecommunications network and treatment works. Louis Berger are responsible for supervising the development of the second phase of the city developments thus we require an experienced Civil Inspector who can play a key role in the development of the infrastructure improvements for the city.
