Duty Officer Passenger Services

• Accountable for daily operations

• Supervision of coverage in check-in area according customers SLA

• Initiate staff-shifts if appropriate together with PAX Supervisor

• Maintain and improve customer and company safety and quality standards

• Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities

• Manage and control all staff assignments

• Hold daily briefings with all levels of management

• Provide support to front line management

• Coach and train all employees to effectively improve operations

• Ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures

• Ensure Compliance with all Uniform & PPE Requirements

• Issue Performance Tickets as appropriate (RRR or similar system)

• Other duties as assigned
