A Head of IT Risk is
sought for a leading bank in Kuwait for a full time position.
The person will be assisting the GM Risk in leading, developing and executing technology risk plans and will be responsible for providing guidance on assessment of IT systems and processes.
Moreover, the job purpose will be to provide mitigation of IT related business risks including implementation of strong controls.
As a most senior person in technology risk within the organization, the person should be effective in clearly identifying the risk and early reporting, have effective relationships with users in addressing risk issues, be able to make accurate assessments, reporting and reports.
The person should have good knowledge of one or all of credit, financial or market risk and also on the Risk assessments tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelors in IT
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (Mandatory)
Certified Information Security Manager (Preferred)
Minimum of 12 years of work experience in IT Systems Risk/Security Assessment experience
