The Master Community
Supervisor would act on behalf of the Master Community and be the point of
contact for the management of the common areas of The Pearl-Qatar. He/she is
able to interpret the Master Community Declaration, Master Community Rules and
can amicably resolve breaches of the Master Community nature. The Master
Community Supervisor also fulfils the role of representing the interests of the
Master Community and leads a team of Community Coordinators. He will also be
responsible to monitor all contracts together with conducting regular audit
inspections
• Point of Contact relating to Master Community issues.
• Issues notice of breach letters to enforcement officers regarding non-compliance of Associations to Master Community Rules.
• Assists in drafting and amending rules and regulations for the Master Community.
• Complies and produces regular and ad hoc management reports on portfolio.
• Carries out regular audit inspections.
• Provides regular reports to management.
• Reports to higher management.
• Attends all related meetings with internal & external departments.
• Carries out regular inspections to report all issues to higher management.
• Ensures team members comply with standard policies & procedures.
• Ensures all breaches are reported to higher management and communicated to all departments.
• Holds regular meetings with service providers to ensure full compliance.
