• Provide administrative and
clerical support to the Managing Director.
• Preparing correspondences (letters / faxes / emails / memos / presentations)

• Maintains total confidentiality of all matters relating to the office of the Managing Director.
• Maintains a monthly, weekly and daily log of appointments and meetings, on a timely manner.
• Manage travels, accommodations, transportations and other small arrangements.
• Manage the Director's diary, schedule meetings / appointments appropriately.
• Follow-up on pending issues / actions, feedback to the top management accordingly
• Receive / route incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide administrative assistance i.e. prepare and distribute agenda, compile documentation, take minutes of meeting and etc.
• Prepare company reports / documentation as directed by the Managing Director.
• Manage the office in the absence of the management.
• Perform additional duties / assignments as directed.
