The Role:
The Training Coordinator acts as a
key player within the training team in helping functional and business users to
acquire systems understanding, process knowledge and to use it effectively. He
is responsible in preparing the training content and imparts user training,
conducts periodic reviews and organizes follow-up training for users. He will
also act as a point of contact for end-users during systems implementation.
Responsibilities include, but are
not limited to:
* Motivating / guiding team members
to improve their capabilities
* Delivering training courses to all
business users
* Preparing training manuals and
smart presentations
* Providing expert help to users
during and post implementation
* Sharing best practices and acting
as a specialist within respective projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
* A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
* A graduate in Computer Sciences or
equivalent / Graduate with good exposure to IT systems
* Good written and spoken English
skills
* Excellent communication and
presentation skills
* Ability to learn fast, take
initiative and meet deadlines.
