A leading financial institution in
Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Investment Manager to support their Escrow
business.
Job Purpose:
Support in managing Real Estate
Escrow business including account management functions. Solicit new accounts in
Dubai, RAK, & Ajman as per Trust Account Laws; ensure compliance of all
accounts with escrow regulations
Key Responsibilities:
• Solicit new escrow customers based
on management strategy. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through
planned individual account management / support
• Manage all escrow relationships
and ensure strict adherence to regulatory rules in day to day operations of
these accounts.
• Ensure customers are well versed
with the regulatory environment and constant changes thereto.
• Ensure all reporting requirements
of the regulators are adhered to.
• Interface with the Government
regulators as per need.
• Assist in other new product
launches targeting liabilities such as Owners Association accounts. Solicit new
customers in connection therewith.
