for a Graduate to join their fast expanding team based at the Astrolabs
Offices, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai.

the American and European Markets and to productise a technology
solution which will revolutionise the world of Talent Acqusition.
As the Intern you
will support the Management Team in all business related disciplines
helping to develop the business which in turn will provide you with an exciting
opportunity to fast track your career in a number of operational aspects,
across Marketing, IT, Administration, Sales, Operations
and Data Management. You will get to use advanced methodologies and to
help develop the Visage 'Community of Recruiters and 'Freecruiter'
business model.
You will have access
to the Senior Management team at all times who will help you to develop your
skills and provide you with the means to forge a successful career and to help
influence the Talent Acquisition market place in the Middle East,
and as the company expands America and Europe.
Key Functions:
- Supporting the Sales
Team in Business Development activities- Broadcasting your advertorial
creations across Facebook, Twitter, and Chatter channels as well as the more
traditional web platforms- Learning to use Google Deep Search techniques to
source top quality candidates- Receiving and X-Ray sifting of applicant
responses- Working with the Operations team and the resourcing Team Leader-
Communicating and assisting selected Candidates to create Professional Video
CV's- Data management and interogation of the company database and Video
platform- Working with the COO to help develop the 'Commuinity of Recruiters'
This role will ideally
suit a bright dynamic Graduate with energy and interest in findng out how
incubators and start up companies eveolve and develop. You will be driven and
enthusiastic, able to think outside the box and able to communicate
effectively.
Desired Skills and
Experience
- IT Literate with
good Excel and Google App knowledge- Good user of Social Media Channels
(Facebook, Twitter etc.)- Business and Management or Businss Marketing or
Computer Sciences skills- Excellent spoken and written English

with a go there do it attitude- Open, honest and approachable with a sense of
fun- Task oriented and well organised but not OCD- Clear communication skills
both verbal and written- Able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines and
