To delegate work to the site Architectural
Finishes supervisors and assign them duties.ü
To coordinate sub-contractors work - Timely
delivery of materials and goods to site.ü
To liaise with client in solving technical and
detailing issues of Architectural works.ü
Attend project coordination meetings.ü
To report to Construction Coordinator the
progress of Architectural works.ü
Assists Quantity Surveyor to carry out
verifications for various claims.ü
To verify sub-contractor in compilation of
handling over documents including As-built drawings.ü
